Wes Anderson Booklet

I designed this 40-page type-dominant editorial booklet for an upper level design studio. I developed a type system and consistent aesthetic to highlight the life and work of Wes Anderson who I chose to create the booklet about. Cinematic Visionaries: The New Yorker Spotlight takes a closer look at filmmakers whose artistry has shaped the landscape of cinema. In collaboration with The New Yorker magazine, this series delves into the minds of acclaimed filmmakers, celebrating their unique perspectives, creative processes, and enduring contributions to the world of film. I utilized a 1.37:1 aspect ratio throughout this booklet to echo the aspect ratio of Anderson’s beloved films.
